We didn’t go for the quick wins, we prepared for 8 years to do it properly. Because there already are so many companies that sell things that don’t really work.

Mathematically: If we can learn 1.2x faster, and we pick 3 activities that support each other.
- We can learn 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 = 1.73 times faster.
- In contrast if we do inefficient activities that don’t support each other, we would have
e.g. 0.8 x the normal speed. - Mistakes are also difficult to get rid of, better to learn things right from the beginning.
